Drop by Creek Bend Nature Center for a FREE Halloween event. District naturalists will help you discover the creepy and cool creatures that lurk in the wild.There will be treats for all by the trunk of the big oak tree, inside the nature center, as well as outdoor activities. Come by any time between 1-4 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Call 630-444-3190 to register.

Scary Stories in the Woods

Join us for an evening of scary stories told by master storytellers from the Saint Charles Public Library. We'll sit around the campfire and listen as storytellers weave spooky tales. There is limited bench seating. You're welcome to bring bag chairs or blankets for extra seating. This FREE program is for children in grades 3 and above and adults. Advance registration is required.
